Welcome. I'm a social designer. I love working on projects to bring about social change, using the design process to humanise complexity, creating public value through design thinking. I use human-centred design tools, research methods, behaviour change principles and strategies to help tackle complex systemic challenges through a design-led approach.

Skill-set

I have designed for different wicked problems in different countries, from influencing what people eat at home to how caregivers support their loved ones. Ingrained in my work are the Design Thinking methodology and Human Centered Design. 

I use diverse design skills at the fuzzy-font-end when 'the Right Design' needs to be found to solve a complex systemic problem. Once the 'Right Design' is defined I use design doing and put user(s) first to 'Design it Right'.
